The Unmasked Leadership Collective is for leaders who are from traditionally marginalised backgrounds who want an unfiltered, supportive space to grow.
If you are a current or aspiring leader and feel your gender, race, sexual orientation, disability (including neurodiversity), age, gender identity, religion, sex, and/or marital/civil partnership status, bring additional pressures and perspective to your capacity to be your whole self in work, this is the place for you.
